Deposit
All items require a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to any order being processed. Deposits can be paid via e-mail money transfer, paypal, credit card, or we can arrange for it to be picked up. A receipt will be issued at the time in which deposit is received. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Once items have been delivered, customers assume all responsibilities and Chick Boss Cake is in no way responsible for any broken or damaged goods. For this reason delivery is the only option for transporting baked goods. For out of city customers, a meeting spot can be arranged at which point you will assume all responsibility for the item(s). The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.
