Gluten free & vegan

Our allergy-friendly cake recipe is delicious and safe for most major allergies. Our gluten free and vegan cakes are also: dairy free, egg free & lactose free! We can make all our dessert options peanut free however, cannot guarantee against cross contamination as we do use nuts in our facility. Please indicate your allergies in the order notes section.

Ingredients (cupcake): sugar, gluten free & vegan flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, pea hull fibre, tapicoa starch, xanthan gum), baking soda, coconut milk, vegetable oil, egg replacer powder, vanilla extract, (cocoa powder in chocolate), (apple sauce in vanilla recipe)

Ingredients (buttercream): vegetable shortening blend, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, flavouring, colouring

 

Instructions: Gluten free & vegan cupcakes will last up to 2 months in an airtight container in the freezer. Allow cupcakes to come to room temperature and fully thaw (approx 1 hour) prior to eating. Once thawed, cupcakes will remain fresh in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

 

We are not a gluten free & vegan facility and although we take great care in preparing allergy friendly desserts, we cannot guarantee against cross contamination.
