Gluten Free & Low Lactose

The most delicious gluten free & low lactose desserts! Perfect for anyone with dairy/lactose/gluten sensitivities. 

Not recommended for anyone with severe dairy/lactose allergies as our cake contains trace amounts of skim milk powder.

Ingredients (cupcake): sugar, gluten free flour blend (modified potato 

starch, whitecorn flour, tapioca starch,

 cocoa, skim milk powder, salt, 

modified cellulose, glucono delta lactone),  baking soda,  xanthan gum,  sodium phosphate,  propylene glycol monofatty acid esters, soy mono- and diglycerides, sodium 

stearoyl-2-lactylate, natural  flavour,  corn starch,  sodium alginate,  guar gum.  (cocoa powder in chocolate)  

Ingredients (buttercream): 

vegetable shortening blend, powdered 

sugar, vanilla extract, flavouring, colouring. 

 Instructions: Frozen cupcakes will last up to 2 months in an airtight container in the freezer. Allow cupcakes to come to room temperature and fully thaw (approx 1 hour) prior to eating. Once thawed, cupcakes will remain fresh in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
