Ingredients (cupcake): cake wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, vegetable oil,(cocoa powder for chocolate vegan only)Ingredients (buttercream): vegetable shortening blend, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, flavouring, colouring.
Instructions: Vegan cupcakes will last up to 2 months in an airtight container in the freezer. Allow cupcakes to come to room temperature and fully thaw (approx 1 hour) prior to eating. Once thawed, cupcakes will remain fresh in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
