Ingredients (cupcake): sugar, gluten free & vegan flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, pea hull fibre, tapicoa starch, xanthan gum), baking soda, coconut milk, vegetable oil, egg replacer powder, vanilla extract, (cocoa powder in chocolate)
Ingredients (buttercream): vegetable shortening blend, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, flavouring, colouring
Instructions: Gluten free & vegan cupcakes will last up to 2 months in an airtight container in the freezer. Allow cupcakes to come to room temperature and fully thaw (approx 1 hour) prior to eating. Once thawed, cupcakes will remain fresh in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
