Where do you deliver? 

We deliver to a wide range of different locations across Ontario, please click here to view a calendar of our delivery routes. You can find your location & select the delivery date that we will be in your area next! If you live near any of those area, feel free to send us a 'Live Chat' and ask about your location!

How far in advance should I order my dessert?

We recommend ordering your dessert as soon as possible since we book up fully each week! The sooner the better, order it right now!

Can I choose specific flavours in the assorted dessert options online?

No, they are assorted only. They will be a random assortment of our available flavours that day. They are all delicious though!

Do you offer contact-less delivery?

We sure do! Our driver will knock upon arrival & leave items on the porch. Please retrieve your items from the porch immediately to avoid melting/damage to products

What is the latest I can order?

We can usually fit in a last minute order if you order the night before and pick it up later the next day. If we are fully booked & unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified right away!

What if I need to change the date my order is for?

We can certainly do this with at least 1 week notice if you need to change your date.

If I send you a picture of a cake can you make that for me?

We no longer copy cake designs from pictures, we come up with our own designs & the design will be a similar style to the ones you see online.

Do you do custom theme cakes?

Yes, we can do any theme of cake! The design will be a similar style to the ones you see online except in the theme you choose and with colours to match your theme!

Can I customize any of your cakes online?

Yes, we accept minor customization of our cakes such as: colours, message, theme.

When will my order be ready?

During check out, you will select your pick up or delivery date along with a time. You can pick up on the date you specified and pick it up after the time you put in. For example if you put pick up August 21st at 3pm, you can pick it up that date anytime after 3pm until close.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Yes. Add as many items to your cart as you would like & you will be charged for all the items during check out.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order as long as we receive 2 weeks notice. We do not offer refunds however, you will receive a full credit towards your next order with us!

Do you offer refunds, what if I don't like my cake?

We do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our work & the amount of labor involved in creating each item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order & will be happy to fix anything you do not like. If we made a mistake on your order, we will fix it for you!

How do I know what my custom cake will look like?

If you are someone who likes to know exactly what to expect please order from our pre-set designs where you can see a picture of what you are ordering and do not order a custom theme cake.

Are the cakes online buttercream or fondant?

They are mostly buttercream with minimal fondant decoration.

Do I have to pay for my order in full?

Yes, we require full payment in order to receive your order & get you booked in!

Can you do an elaborate 3D cake?

We only book a few elaborate 3D custom cakes per year due to Rebecca Hamilton being the only one able to make these. You can send an email to: to see if we have availability. Please note these cakes can range quite a bit and start at $450 +

Do you deliver to apartments?

We sure do! If you live in an apartment building, our driver will call you to come down & meet them. Please ensure your ringers is ON. If our driver cannot get ahold of you, items will be brought back to our store location and you will have to pick them up there.
